Scottie,It seems like you ae really hanging in there and NOT giving up! I am doing the Incurables Program for the first time by myself and caring for my 3 little kids and household and moving to a new home! I can completely relate.The first 2 rounds of the IP I ahd my mother helping me so I could just focus on healing. I fortunately learned the program realy well, but didn�t realize how time consuming it is when you have a life to lead as well.Of course, the program works best if you do it 100%. Flowbo, PLEASE leave review/feedback about the RSG4. I suggest it to people because the sweep fucction sounds stellar. It would be awesome if you could come over to the zapper forum and let those there know what your thoughts are on that zapper. Not alot of people own it yet, but it is priced right and I like the stainless steel. I believe it is limited to only zapping and can not be scaled into a plate zapping setup as clark introduced in her latest 2003 hiv book. Good Morning All Stars!!Diane-I agree about the food commercials. Out of control! I don�t eat meat and found myself salivating over a meat pizza commercial. I have heard that after a while food that is not good for you will start to look gross.I did pretty well yesterday. Did not have that much energy to chase the twins around, and at dinner they kept on trying to feed me their food...so cute...but so not OK:) They just didn�t get why Mommy would not take bites of their treats. I have been using a Juiceman for a couple years now and have gotten very tired of having to HAND clean for just a glass or two of juice. Which is why I just bought a Jack LaLanne Power Juicer. The main reasons I changed was...1. I can use the dishwasher to clean it every time.2. I can put whole pieces of fruits and vegetables in it because the opening is 3 inches in diameter. I did the coke cleanse. I don�t think some people think it is the purest way to go but it is for me. I get sick to my stomach easily and this goes down very painlessly. The last cleanse I upped the olive oil and the lemon and left the coke the same. So I drank 1 cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of lemon juice and 5 onuces of classic coke. The next day you are to take I think it is the 10 ounce bottle of citrate of magnesium. I totally agree the Miracle 2 products ae awesome!I use them daily and found a lady online I have her email address if anyone wants she sells this stuff the very cheapest you will ever find it.I dont personally know her but have been ordering from her for sometime now so do all my family and friends. Hang in there as it is worth it. I was hungry all the way through and yet just keep going. I am thrilled that I coulddo it for 10 days. I think I have a person making me the very best herbal soap bars on earth! They are using the most expensive human grade essential oils on the planet and the best organic/kosher ingredients possible, I do not know of one thing they could do to make the soap more human friendly. One of the teachers at the school of natural healing is a very old man, he also travles to South American several times each year and even takes paying guest with him. i�m feeling pretty good right now, i have been a bit slower today but i�ve had many outburts of energy but they go away pretty fast. I was just curious if anyone has tried this Relax Me juice. I found it in Wal Mart today. I bought a juicer today and lots of fruits and veggies. It was weird buying so many healthy things. And yes it�s a shame that if I want to buy fruits and veggiees I have to go there. Afterall I do live in the back woods of Mississippi. Two things I�d suggest, given the stomach ulcer:1) Mastic gum/dgl. I just found out that I have h. pylori and started mastic gum right away. It�s been proven to kill the bacteria. Tanks Aoe! I am definitely drinking more today. And this time I have added molasses which makes the drink feel more substantial, I just intuitively felt like I was going to need it this time. I�ve found some studies on how fish farmers (fisheries) use peroxide to treat various infections in their fish.
